AQUAzzOL - 103
(Boiler - Antiscalant & Corrosion inhibitor)

Description:	AQUAzzOL 103 is a trifunctional liquid product formulation containing adequate phosphate residual.
Features:	AQUAzzOL 103 inhibits scale formation inside the boiler due to calcium carbonate & Magnesium carbonate etc. The product provides adequate phosphate residual and organic sludge conditioner to disperse any phosphate sludge generated inside the boiler water and also inhibits the corrosion that forms protective micro level film within the boiler to prevent direct contact of the metal with dissolved oxygen.
Dosages:	AQUAzzOL 103 generally dosed 10PPM for medium & high pressure boiler. Dosage also varies according to the water parameters, operating pressures and condensate returns.
Benefits:	AQUAzzOL 103 prolongs boiler tubes & protects from scales & corrosion.
Packing:	AQUAzzOL 103 is available in 35 kg HDPE containers.

AQUAzzOL - 104
(Boiler - Oxygen Scavenger)

Description:	AQUAzzOL 104 is a special formulated liquid with a homogenous product containing adequate sulfite.
Features:	AQUAzzOL 104 is used for effective scavenging of dissolved oxygen in the boiler feed water. It is blended with sulfite based oxygen scavenger with an organic stabilizer & inorganic catalyst to speed up the oxygen neutralizing reaction.
Dosages:	AQUAzzOL 104 is generally dosed 36-50PPM for medium & high pressure boiler. Dosage also varies according to the water parameters & condensate return.
Benefits:	AQUAzzOL 104 helps prevent corrosion from the surfaces of the tube surfaces, and enhance boiler life.

AQUAzzOL - 108
(Boiler - pH Booster)

Description:	AQUAzzOL 108 is a specially formulated liquid containing polymer based product.
Features:	AQUAzzOL 108 inhibits pitting corrosion due to less pH in the boiler feed water & also protects the condensate return line from the corrosion. It will increase the pH of the boiler feed water and avoids pitting corrosion & puncher inside the coil.
Dosages:	AQUAzzOL 108 is generally dosed 16-30PPM for medium & high pressure boiler. Dosage also varies according to the pH of the boiler feed water & condensate return.
Benefits:	AQUAzzOL 108 prolongs boiler tubes & protects from pitting corrosion.
