1. GENERAL MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & LEGAL (REF CODE: GM/C&L) – One position-CHENNAI

The incumbent should be a seasoned, well rounded, experienced Commerce Graduate with Law Degree having handled all commercial related issues for not less than 20 years in reputed EPC based Companies.

Should be well versed to all in- direct Taxes, such as, VAT, Sales Tax, Import – Export Duties, Central Excise, etc.Should have good experience into handling various claims, arbitration cases independently. Candidates who are free-lancer and having experience as Commercial Consultant will be considered on merits. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. GENERAL MANAGER –PURCHASE & LOGISTICS( REF CODE: GM/P&L) – One Position-CHENNAI

The incumbent must be an Engineering Graduate either Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a Graduate Diploma in Material Management.

Must have minimum 20 yrs of experience in handling all issues connected to entire PURCHASE, STORES; LOGISTICS in an EPC based Companies involving Purchase functions of various turnkeys Projects STP, ETP, RO, Membrane, etc. Having Knowledge of various Import Policies and other Commercial aspects will stand good stead. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (REF: CFO/CHN) – One position – Chennai

The candidate must be a CA with ACS having served for more than 15-20 yrs in reputed concerns Guiding the management on optimal business strategies based on Financial Modeling • Work Closely with the Top Management and Promoters and guide them to enable them to Build a strong Company • Profitability Position of various business units Profitability of various product lines Budgeting Variance Analysis Manage Working Capital of the company, including appropriate reporting to Management to understand status and corrections required Dealing with Banks for raising Working Capital / Term Loans where required. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. GENERAL MANAGER – DESIGNS( REF Code: GM-DESIGNS) One position –Chennai

Must be an Engineering in Mechanical with 15-20 yrs in any Water Treatment Company(s)

Will head the Designs Dept connected all EPC projects and handle all drawings and piping lay outs and will work for all specs and discuss and close all issues connected with Clients. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5. HEAD – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ( EXPORTS) : ( REF CODE GM/EXP) One Position –Chennai or in Delhi

The incumbent must be an engineering graduate in any discipline and should have handled various International business connected to promoting and obtaining good export orders in various verticals abroad.

The candidate should have in-depth Knowledge of the Industry and practical Knowledge of process and design of Water Treatment Plants like ETP, STP, MBR etc and handle Clients independently. Good knowledge and ability to visualize various business cycles in various potential countries and find new vistas and avenues to promote business. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6. HEAD –FIELD SERVICES ( REF Code: HD/ FDS) Three Position – at different locations

Must be an Engineering or Bsc (Chemistry) with 10-15 yrs experience in Field Service Division with thorough Knowledge of all process of WTP/ETP/RO/MBR etc ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7. MANAGER –TAXATION (Ref Code: MGR/ TAX) One position –Chennai

Must be BCom with 10-12 yrs and should have handled the entire gamut of Indirect Taxation such as VAT, CENTRAL EXCISE,ST, etc connected to all Engineering Products involving turkey Projects. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

8. MANAGER – IMPORT/EXPORTS ( Ref Code: MGR/IMP/EXP) Two Positions at Chennai/New Delhi.

Must be any Graduate having good experience of 10-18 yrs in promoting Business of Water Treatment Plants in Middle East or far eastern countries. Currently working in Gulf countries in similar capacity will be an advantage. He must be in a position to open and operate a office and coordinate with Corporate office. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9. ASST GENERAL MANAGER – PROCESS & PROPOSAL (REF CODE: AGM/P&P) One position –Chennai

The incumbent must be a BE in Chemical Engineering with around 10 – 15 years in the relevant field.

Must have good ability to prepare the basic Engineering Package (Process/Sizing calculation, equipment GA and PA & ID, Tender/offer of each Project and guide in preparation of Engineering documents, to prepare major BOM and Valve Schedule, Data Sheets for all Mechanical equipments and process calculation for STP, ETP, DM, and MBR etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10. ASST GENERAL MANAGER – COST ACCOUNTANT (REFCODE: AGM/C/ACCT) One Position –Chennai

The incumbent should essentially be a qualified ICWA with 10 or more yrs in any EPC based Company.

Will work on different standards for arriving at actual cost vis-a –vis the Techno -Economics of each projects and advice Top Management for deciding the feasibility of the projects for better Cost Control both concurrent and Post Audit. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

11. ASST GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECTS (Ref code: AGM-PROJECT) –Six positions at different locations

Must have essentially have Engineering back ground preferably in Electrical or Chemical with 10-15 experience in erection and commissioning of various Water Treatment Plants in India or Abroad. Must be proficient and have hands on experience in pre and post commissioning activity.

Will be a good mans manager and lead a team and should have handled at least 5-10 Projects in the career. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

12. ASST GENERAL MANAGER – PROPOSAL/ESTIMATION (Ref Code:AGM/PRO/EST) One position-Chennai

Must be a Civil Engineer with 15-20 yrs experience in EPC Projects and be in position to assess various Proposals and prepare estimations for various Projects.

Experience in undertaking Projects with Govt Bodies, Municipals, Corporations and Irrigation Schemes will be preferred. Retired Engineers from Govt can be considered on retainership basis. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

13. ASST GENERAL MANAGER – QUALITY CONTROL ( REF Code: AGM-QC) –One position – Chennai

Must be a Mechanical Engineer with 15-20 yrs in any Heavy or medium Scale Industry.

Will be responsible for various Inspection of project execution of STP/ETP/ WTP etc.Qualified in Non-Destructive Testing –Level –II is must. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

14. MANAGERS – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – ( PROJECT VERTICALS) : ( REF CODE: MGR/VERTICAL)

12 positions The incumbent must be an Engineering Graduate with good insight and thoroughness into the chosen verticals and have not less than 5 to 10 years of experience in the verticals.

VERTICALS: AUTOMOBILES, FOOD &BREVERAGES, BALANCE OF PLANTS, INFRA, IRON &STEEL, SUGAR PHARMA, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS,POWER, CHEMICAL & PROCESS and PAPER &PULP. Candidates who have proven track record in the line of specialization and serving in these verticals will be preferred. 15. REGIONAL MANAGERS –MARKETING ( KOLKATTA, BANGALORE, HYDERABAD, MUMBAI, DELHI, AHMEDABAD) ( REF CODE: RM/MKT) – 6 Positions at each of Locations

The incumbent must be an Engineering graduate either in Chemical Technology or Mechanical discipline with 15 -20 yrs of good experience in Water Treatment Industry and should have handled the entire gamut of Plant Marketing in India. The incumbent must be having good experience into Process/Proposal/designs of various plants like STP, ETP, WTP, MBR, DM etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

16. MARKETING ENGINEERS (Ref Code:MKT/ ENG ) 12 POSITIONS

Must be an Engineering graduate preferably in Chemical Technology with a strong flair and aptitude to have acareer in Marketing Discipline and will support the Regional Manager as strong Team. Experience in Water Treatment Industry will of 2-5 yrs will be preferred. 17. SENIOR MANAGER – WORKS. (REF CODE: SM/WORKS ) One position –Chennai.

The incumbent should have worked at least 10-12 yrs in a light engineering Industry involving fabrication and developing of various piping structural for power plants, Steel Plants, Water Treatment Plants. Must be a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.

His main role will be to develop a fabrication Unit with all sophisticated facilities to develop and design different Skids for project execution of STP/ETP/WTP etc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

18. SERVICE ENGINEERS ( Ref Code: SER/ ENG ) 15 Positions

Must be a Diploma in Mechanical with 7-10 yrs of experience in attending various troble shooting in various plants.

Must work independently and co-ordinate with Project Engineers as well as Service Heads and Service Engineers. OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS

COMPENSATION: All above positions are in top management the Salary and attractive Perks will match best in the Industry and right salary will not be constrain for right candidate.
