Pressure Media Filters

Aqua Designs offers a wide range of filters to suit various filtration applications. Pressures offered are with a single, dual or multiple media based to meet specific requirements. All filters are available in Manual, Semi Auto or Fully Automatic Options. with mono valve for smaller versions and multiple valve control for the larger filters.

Pressure Sand filters

This range of filters utilizes a single type sieved and graded sand based media with graded silex and pebbles as support media. Options are available for the external vessel in fabricated mild steel or FRP. All filters come with custom designed internals to ensure even distribution of incoming water and uniform collection of the filtered water. and proper dirt removal during backwashing.

Multi grade filters

This range of filters utilizes a dual grade of sieved and graded sand based media with graded silex and pebbles as support media. Fabrication options are available for the external vessel either in mild steel or FRP. All filters come with custom designed internals to ensure even distribution of incoming water and uniform collection of the filtered water. and proper dirt removal during backwashing.

Dual Media filters

This range of filters utilizes a combination Anthracite, sieved and graded sand based media with graded garnets as support media. Options are available for the external vessel fabricated either in mild steel or FRP. All filters come with specially designed internals to achieve higher filtration velocities and ensure even distribution of incoming water and uniform collection of the filtered water.and proper dirt removal during backwashing.

Activated Carbon Filters

Carbon bed media filters are utilized as polishers for residual organics and chlorine removal. Various options are available for the carbon media form the normal Iodine value to higher Iodine value carbon for specialized applications.

Side Stream filters

Side stream filters for circulating water filters come in manual of fully automatic versions for the pressure filters. Gravity based fully automatic filters are offered for very high flow rates , to reduce operator attention for Thermal power Plants, Fertilizer and Refinery applications.

Green sand filters

This range of filters utilizes a dual grade of sieved and graded sand based media in combination with green sand with graded silex and pebbles as support media. Options are available for the external vessel in fabricated mild steel or FRP. All filters come with custom designed internals to ensure even distribution of incoming water and uniform collection of the filtered water. Higher and proper dirt removal during backwashing. Ideally suited for municipal and drinking water treatment applications.
