Aquazzol also offers a wide range of waterside chemicals for cooling and boiler water applications such as corrosion inhibitors, dispersants, scale control agents and solubilizers. We apply the right chemical solutions to help you deliver the maximum reliability and performance.

Scale Cleaners Aquazzol's chemicals remove all mineral scale deposits and heavy metal fouling on the membrane surfaces effectively. The dosage depends upon the extent of scaling and varied type of scales. The exact dosage is determined only after analyzing the scales. It improves larger run length between turn around and less acid clearing.

Organic Cleaning Aquazzol's chemicals remove all organic and microbiological fouling on the membrane surfaces effectively. The dosage depends upon the extent of fouling and type of foulants. The exact dosage is determined only after analyzing the foulants.

Ultra Filtration Organic Cleaners: Aquazzol's chemicals avoid scaling of salts and organic matter and keep them in a dispersed condition. It removes organic substances and microbiological slimes in the UF membrane surfaces effectively. The dosage depends upon the intensity of scaling in the ultrafiltration membranes. The cleaning has to be done once in 20 days.

Reverse Osmosis membrane Antiscalant (Low Silica & high silica), Aquazzol’s chemicals inhibit the scale formation in RO membrane due to calcium carbonate and sulphates of calcium, barium and strontium. The product works through sequestration and crystal distortion mechanisms. The dosage generally varies from 3 to 10 ppm. The dosage level depends on the type of membrane and the system dynamics.

Membrane Bio Reactor Aquazzol's chemicals are added at regular intervals to remove all the scaling and fouling thereby keeping the system free from microorganisms. Chemicals are dosed when required to maintain steady membrane flux. The frequency and dosage of the chemicals varies depending on the site conditions. The recommended chemicals includes,

Sewage Treatment Aquazzol's chemicals can reduce the COD and suspended solids. It is possible to adjust the percentage removal of COD and suspended solids by altering the chemical dosage. This way it improves in the economical use of the chemicals because the dosage need can be handled well to remove the required amount of COD. The recommended chemicals include,

Raw Water Treatment Aquazzol's chemicals remove the undesirable contaminants from raw water and remove the excess turbidity. It meets the potable standards in compliance with the customer’s requirements. The recommended chemicals includes,

Cooling Water Treatment Aquazzol's chemicals help in extending the equipment life and maintain efficient heat transfer. The largest percentage of water used in water treatment is for cooling purposes which requires heat dissipation. The recommended chemicals includes,

Boiler Water Treatment Aquazzol's chemicals improve the operational efficiency of steam boilers and industrial boilers. It gives solutions to the problems associated with such installations namely scale formation, corrosion, boiler water carryover and sludge deposition. Chemical treatment of water for the boiler is necessary to prevent the impurities such as hardness, dissolved solids, oxygen, and silica entering into the boiler. The recommended chemicals includes,
