This achievement was possible mainly because we strongly believe that Operation and Maintenance Division is the backbone for our growth. Hence, Customer care and Customer satisfaction are given utmost importance.

The Operation and Maintenance team comprises of well experienced, result oriented and Customer friendly Managers, Engineers and Technicians who carry out the Operation and Maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently on a 24x7 basis. The strength of the team is well over 350 and the number increases rapidly every month. The services are backed by a thoroughly qualified and experienced professionals who have decades of experience in the field of Water and Waste Water treatment.

We carry out the Operation and Maintenance for a variety of water treatment plants like Effluent Treatment Plants and Effluent Recycle Systems operating on conventional and Membrane based schemes effectively thereby ensuring the life of the plant and the sophisticated membranes. Our client base ranges from leading Automobile industries, Automobile Ancillaries industries, Tanneries, Breweries and Textile Industries to Atomic Power Station.

Presently, we undertake Operation and Maintenance of Water and Waste Water Treatment plants in TamilNadu, Kerala and Karnataka. However, as a result of a proven record in domestic circuit and as we have been receiving offers from abroad in this regard, we are in the process of extending our services globally.

The scope of the maintenance that we carry out ranges from Operation and Maintenance of equipment and Chemical treatment of effluents to Renovation of existing plants to meet the present scenario. Our team ensures that the treated effluent meets the norms of the Pollution Control Board and the requirements of the customer and also be eco-friendly.

As part of the continual improvement, we focus mainly on training programs of our engineers and technicians and are given site-specific training programs so as to meet the customer's need apart from regular training programs which include refresher courses, soft skill development courses and personality development courses. They are also evaluated periodically based on their performance and behavioural conduct in order to enhance their abilities.
