WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Water purification is the process of removing undesirable chemicals, materials and biological contaminants from raw water. The goal is to produce water fit for a specific purpose. Water is purified for human consumption (drinking water) but its purification may also be designed for a variety of other purposes, including meeting the requirements of medical, pharmaceutical, chemical and industrial applications. In general, the methods used include physical processes such as filtration and sedimentation, biological processes, chemical processes such as flocculation, chlorination and use of electromagnetic radiation such as ultraviolet light.
Demineralization plants & Softening plants With our expertise gained in the design of ion exchange plants, we offer treatment methods to carryout wide range of specialized applications. This includes boiler treatment where silica level shall be reduced to the minimum as much as possible, or in the chemical industries where weak base anions and acid cations combinations are required etc.
We have developed new methods to implement Ion Exchange Technologies to yield maximum efficiency, minimum capital and low operating costs. We have been associated with various reputed resin manufacturers and the knowledge gained about their products results in the right selection of resin for the accurate applications.
We offer various treatment systems like,
- Packed bed systems
- Co-current systems
- Counter current systems
- Fluidized bed systems
- Softeners
- Decausticizers
- Organic scavenging
- Condensate polishing unit
All the above systems are engineered to operate in manual, semi-automatic & fully-automatic mode. We also specialize in providing chemical handling systems and safe discharge/complete re-use of neutralization waste generated from the plants.
